This on-line forum open from 1000 on 22 November 2006 until 2359 on 12 December 2006. Its objective is to facilitate open discussions among the course lecturer, supporting instructors, course organizers and participants on anything related to the course. There is practically no limit to the nature, length, depth and language of all discussions, but it should be noted forum users must put down their names and email addresses for everybody's reference. Such information will be displayed together with the complete content of the discussion, as shown in the opening message displayed below, written by the lecturer. There is no additional password required to access the forum other than the generic password assigned to the whole class. In other words, only participants of the workshop held on 22 November 2006 may have access to the forum. It is not a public forum, and the content of the discussions are not meant to be shown to the public or other government departments.
