Programme Evaluation Questionnaire (January 2006)
 

This questionnaire is to collect feedback from participants of the Project Management Workshop (January 2006) on the entire Training Development Programme upon the completion of the programme. Access to this on-line questionnaire is open between 0001 on 15 March 2006 to 2359 on 21 March 2006, which is the 48th and 55th day after the completion of the workshop, and shortly after the deadline for participants to submit their group project. Results of this survey will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the Training Development Programme in achieving its objectives.
 
All workshop participants can gain access to this questionnaire by using the generic password assigned to the whole class, but in order to guarantee valid and non-repetitive returns, customized random passwords have been distributed to individual participants during the workshop held on 26 January 2006. Such passwords must be entered when answering this questionnaire, otherwise the return will be deemed invalid and will not be used. Because nobody except the owner knows which password is assigned to which participant, individual identity will be fully protected.

  1. Please DO NOT put your name anywhere on the questionnaire. Anonymity of the respondents and confidentiality of the contents will be strictly observed.
  2. Please complete it yourself individually, without conferring with others.
