This questionnaire is to collect feedback from participants of the Project Management Workshop held on 21 July 2005. Access is open to all participants immediately after the Workshop to 2359 on 23 July 2005, or roughly 2 days later. Results of the survey will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop in achieving its objectives.
