The Financial Secretary proposed in this year's Budget, to increase the duties on tobacco and alcoholic beverages, the air passenger departure tax, driving license fees, vehicle license fees as well as on-street parking meter charges while decreasing stamp duty on stock transactions and increasing the maximum amount of deduction for self-education expenses under salaries tax. Do you agree to this proposal?
