	Workshop on Deliberative Democracy, Public Consultation and the Media (Part II) (2-5/12/2011) The Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong and the Center for Deliberative Democracy at Stanford University jointly organized the Workshop on Deliberative Polling. The workshop will address how public consultation is currently conducted and reported around the world.

	Hong Kong Deliberative Forum (11/9/2011) "Hong Kong Deliberative Forum " was cooperated by POP and RTHK. It consists of a public forum held on 11 September, 2011. Through instant surveys at the forum, the participants expressed their views on the arrangements for filling a vacancy arising from the resignation of Legislative Council (LegCo) Members or other reasons.

	Workshop on Deliberative Democracy, Public Consultation and the Media (Part I) (8-10/7/2011) The Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong and the Center for Deliberative Democracy at Stanford University jointly organized the Workshop on Deliberative Polling. The target participants were local media professional and civil servants.

	Deliberative Forum on 2023 Asian Games Bid (9/1/2011) "Deliberative Forum on 2023 Asian Games Bid" was cooperated by POP and RTHK. It consists of a public forum held on 9 January, 2011. Through instant surveys at the forum, the participants expressed their views on 2023 Asian Games Bid.

	Intensive Training on Deliberative Democracy and Public Consultation (19-21/3/2010 & 26-28/3/2010) The Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong and the Center for Deliberative Democracy at Stanford University organize the Workshop on Deliberative Polling. The target participants were academics and students.

	Deliberative Forum Studies on Political Reform (1-2/2010) "Deliberative Forum on Political Reform" was cooperated by POP and RTHK. It consists of a public forum held on 6 February, 2010. Through instant surveys at the forum, the participants expressed their views on political reform issues.

	Submission to Legislative Council – Written submission to Joint Subcommittee to Monitor the Implementation of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) Project, Legislative Council by Robert Chung (Director of Public Opinion Programme) (17/6/2009) This is the full text of the written submission to the Joint Subcommittee to Monitor the Implementation of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) Project, Legislative Counci on June 17, 2008, by Robert Ting-Yiu Chung, Director of Public Opinion Programme, on his views on the WKCD Project, suggesting a Deliberative Polling in the WKCD Public Engagement Exercise, in response to the public call of the Joint Subcommittee to Monitor the Implementation of the WKCD Project, Legislative Council. In the morning on June 19, 2009, Robert Chung made an oral presentation in the meeting held at the Legislative Council Conference Room.

	Workshop on Deliberative Polling (27/2/2009) The Public Opinion Programme and the Centre for Civil Society and Governance at the University of Hong Kong hosts the Center for Deliberative Democracy at Stanford University to organize the Workshop on Deliberative Polling. The target participants were academics and opinion researchers and project directors from local NGOs, political parties and Government departments.

	Center for Deliberative Democracy at the Stanford University The Center for Deliberative Democracy, housed in the Department of Communication at Stanford University, is devoted to research about democracy and public opinion obtained through Deliberative Polling.
